These terms apply to your use of reStyler, a free experiment by HomeDeco.nl that lets you use AI to redesign a room photo in a different style. By using the app you agree to these terms. See also our privacy policy for how we handle your data.

What reStyler is

reStyler is a test to see whether this kind of AI redesign resonates with people. The service is free, provided "as is", and may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued without notice.

What we expect from you

• Only upload photos that are yours, or that you have permission to use.
• Don't upload photos with identifiable people who haven't consented, or photos that are offensive, illegal, or infringing.
• Don't misuse the app -- for example by sending automated/bulk requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, or harassing others via the login feature.

We may restrict or block access to an account if we reasonably suspect these rules are being broken.

About the AI results

Generated designs are meant for inspiration. We don't guarantee a result will exactly match what you expected, be technically/structurally accurate, or that products shown in "Shop the look" match exactly or are still available.

Ownership

Photos you upload remain yours. You may use and share the AI-generated images for personal use (e.g. via the share button). We don't claim ownership of your photos or the results.

Liability

reStyler is provided as-is, without warranties. HomeDeco.nl isn't liable for damages arising from use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top shows when that last happened. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
